Please allow ten – fifteen (15-20) working days  to process orders before delivery. Working days are considered Monday  - Friday. If there is a delay, customer will be informed.

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES THAT MAY OCCUR. Sometimes depending on the country and the amount of your order you will have a customs charge upon delivery.

If customer wants to cancel the order, they must contact us or call to see if they’re eligible for a cancellation and refund according to the progress of the order. Customer may not get a full refund.  

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. For example, if a cabinet does not fit your space, or you change your mind about the colour or finish, we are unable to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to process a refund, any credit card surcharges that were paid on the order are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with the item or order, the customer has 15 days from delivery to inform the company (Express Cabinets, Doors & Millwork).

Replacement orders will be given top priority and every effort will be made to provide replacement orders ASAP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
